Discovery & Consultation
No matter the size of your property, our process always begins with a personal visit. We come to you to walk the grounds, assessing the unique characteristics of your land, including the size of your property, light conditions, and topography.
This meeting is your opportunity to share your vision, your aesthetic preferences, and any concerns you might have. We believe that seeing the property in person is the best way for us to build a proposal that is not only beautiful but is also truly customized to your land and your lifestyle.
Design & Proposal
While not every site requires a complex master plan or architectural drawing, every project deserves a clear roadmap.
Within your custom proposal, we'll outline our recommended approach to ensuring a beautiful, sustainable, and cohesive environment, including planting, lighting, and any outdoor structures.
We'll also clearly outline estimated costs for both labor and materials, and define a structured payment plan so you know exactly what to expect each step of the way.
Creation & Craftsmanship
Once we have your sign-off on the details provided in the proposal, the fun part begins! We will coordinate a start date that works for your schedule and begin mobilizing our team.
